Vendres Plage: here you can find totally undeveloped natural beaches and a small kiosk, which, apart from snacks, offers sun-beds and sun umbrellas, and has a WC and a freshwater shower. TIP: With the local fishermen one can try the freshest oysters directly from the sea water basin. |

Valras Plage: a small village with wonderful well-kept sandy beach, numerous small restaurants, coffee shops, bistros and boutiques. TIP: Each Monday and Friday morning a market is open: in winter on the Place Rene Cassin, in summer on the Esplanade du Théâtre de la Mer. |

Promontory between Cap Agde and Séte: Enjoy the journey along the small Route Nationale 112. Parallel to this road lies an undeveloped sandy beach of 16 kilometres with a beautiful view to the Mont St. Clair, at the foot of which nestles the port of Sète. On the other side in the Etang de Bouzigues des Bassins lies one of the largest oyster beds in the South of France. A secret tip is a visit to any restaurant in Bouzigues. |

Serignan Plage: one the most beautiful, naturally preserved sandy beaches of the Departement Hérault, the dunes, lagoons, flora and fauna, which is part of the nature reserve thanks to a program of the environment ministry. TIP: here one of the largest sites for naturalists in Europe is situated. |
