splendid summer day at the Domaine de St. Eugène. The cicadas are chirping, the sun is shining and the air is filled with the smell of almonds. Three friends, sitting under pine trees, dreaming of their own wine. One of them is a professional wine maker, the second an inveterate wine maker, the third a passionate wine lover. They want to give the wine its natural value, and to achieve the best by bringing together their combined knowledge.

ots of pages were filled with wishes, ideas and plans on this day. In order to keep up their strength, the table was kept full with salami, cheese, bread, wine and tomatoes. The three friends sat together until late in the night and as a storm blew up, the pages of notes and ideas were weighted down with three tomatoes - the company “Les Trois Tomates” was born.
